The existing legacy system presented significant usability challenges for both new and experienced users. Key experiences failed to meet modern user experience standards, leading to confusion, frequent errors, and inefficiencies. These shortcomings not only impacted productivity but also undermined user confidence, highlighting the urgent need for a redesigned solution that prioritizes clarity, intuitive navigation, and error prevention.



Solution :
To address the usability challenges of the legacy system, I redesigned the website with a modernized user interface that prioritizes clarity and ease of use. The new design introduced well-structured and visually consistent forms, reducing friction during input and minimizing user errors. By applying thoughtful layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns, the onboarding process became more intuitive and efficient.
